Behaviour & Training Services

Let’s be honest, having a dog with behavioural issues is hard.
This probably isn’t quite the life you imagined when you pictured relaxing walks or cosy evenings in.
If you’re finding everyday life with your dog frustrating, overwhelming, or just plain exhausting - you’re not alone. As well as supporting countless owners feeling the same, I’ve also been there myself and I know how disheartening it can feel.

Maybe every walk feels like a battle. Or having visitors is simply out of the question. Perhaps leaving your dog at home results in barking, howling, or worse. You may have spent hours on the internet, asked friends & family, spent money on those claiming to offer a 'quick fix', and tried everything - but still feel stuck.

The good news? You're in the right place now!

As a qualified and experienced behaviour specialist, I’m here to help you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface—and to give you the tools, guidance, and support to move forward with confidence.

What to Expect
This is a professional, veterinary-referred service, meaning your dog’s behaviour will be assessed holistically and ethically, with their physical and emotional health considered every step of the way.
Following an in-depth initial consultation, you’ll receive a bespoke written behaviour and training plan—clear, practical advice tailored to your dog, your home, and your lifestyle. Ongoing in-person sessions can be arranged to support you in building the skills you need to carry out the plan successfully.

I work with compassion, patience, and a strong foundation in behavioural science to help you and your dog move toward a calmer, more connected life together.

How it works:
Use the contact form below to get in touch & request this service with a brief description of the problem behaviour.
Did you know most insurance companies will cover the cost of my services? Contact your pet insurance company to discuss their policy.

After contact you will receive an email from me containing:
-
A veterinary referral form to discuss with your vet for a referral to this service.
-
A pre-consultation form to fill out in detail. This form will ask questions surrounding the history of the behaviour & context as well as routine questions such as diet and daily routine.
-
Payment information and choice of availability for your consultation.
-
Upon received payment, chosen appointment time, and the completed veterinary referral form, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing zoom login details.

During your consultation we will discuss:
-
In-depth your dogs behaviour & your concerns as their owner
-
Explanation will be given as to why this behaviour is occurring as well as advice to best manage your dogs behaviour
-
A clear practical training plan will be given to begin your dogs behaviour change
-
A bespoke written behaviour report will be sent to you detailing what we have discussed during your consultation.

Your report will explain why your dog is presenting these behaviours, as well as advising safety & management protocols, and will contain detailed links, videos & handouts for practical training elements to work through with your dog to achieve behaviour change.
A copy of this report will also be sent to your vet to ensure everyone is kept in the loop. Should veterinary input be required, this will be discussed with you and your vet.

Additional follow-on sessions for support with practical elements of the plan and aid progress:*
Many owners find that the consultation & bespoke report gives them enough to work with their dogs effectively, however, often follow-on sessions (on zoom or in-person - depending on the problem behaviour) may be required to progress with your dogs training and behaviour modification. This depends on the individual and the behaviour concern being addressed.
You may also request follow on sessions to support you with other aspects of your dogs training such as recall & how to walk on a loose lead!

Follow on sessions are generally recommended to ensure you and your dog are on the right track to achieve your goals. In-person sessions may be carried out at your home or a private secure field depending on the behaviour concern.
*Follow on sessions can be booked for up to 6 months after the initial consultation. A new behaviour consultation and veterinary referral will be needed after this time.
Your investment:
Behaviour consultation (approx. 2 hrs) in-person £250, via WhatsApp video call, zoom, or phone call £200
Additional follow on sessions (approx. 1 hr) in-person £100, via WhatsApp video call, zoom or phone call £60
