Behaviour & Training Services

Let’s be honest, having a dog with behavioural issues is hard.
This probably isn’t quite the life you imagined when you pictured relaxing walks or cosy evenings in.
If you’re finding everyday life with your dog frustrating, overwhelming, or just plain exhausting - you’re not alone. As well as supporting countless owners feeling the same, I’ve also been there myself and I know how disheartening it can feel.

Maybe every walk feels like a battle. Or having visitors is simply out of the question. Perhaps leaving your dog at home results in barking, howling, or worse. You may have spent hours on the internet, asked friends & family, spent money on those claiming to offer a 'quick fix', and tried everything - but still feel stuck.

The good news? You're in the right place now!

As a qualified and experienced behaviourist, I’m here to help you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface—and to give you the tools, guidance, and support to move forward with confidence.

What to Expect
This is a professional, veterinary-referred behaviour service, meaning your dog’s behaviour will be assessed holistically and ethically, with their physical and emotional wellbeing considered every step of the way. I work with compassion, patience, and evidence-based behavioural science to help you and your dog move toward a calmer, more connected life together.

Following an in-depth initial consultation, you’ll receive a bespoke written behaviour and training plan with clear, practical advice tailored to your dog, your home, and your lifestyle.
Your package also includes two follow-on sessions over a three-month period, allowing us to monitor your dog’s progress and continue supporting you as you build the skills needed for lasting behaviour change.

How it works
Use the contact form below to get in touch and provide a brief description of your dog’s behaviour.

After enquiry you'll receive an email containing:
-
A veterinary referral form to discuss with your vet.
-
A pre-consultation form asking about your dog’s behaviour history, daily routine, and other relevant details.
-
Payment information and available consultation dates.
Once both the completed forms are received, as well as payment and your chosen appointment time, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email.

During your consultation
We will discuss:
-
Your dog’s behaviour and your concerns in depth.
-
The likely underlying causes of the behaviour.
-
Management and training advice tailored to your situation.

You’ll receive a bespoke written behaviour report summarising our discussion.
This report includes:
-
Explanations for your dog’s behaviour.
-
Safety and management recommendations.
-
Step-by-step training guidance with links, videos, and handouts for practical support.

A copy will also be sent to your veterinary practice to ensure everyone involved in your dog’s care is kept informed.
Should veterinary input be required, this will be discussed with you and your vet.
Consultations are typically conducted via video call (around 2 hours), or can be split into two parts: an initial online history session followed by an in-person visit (1 hour).

Follow on sessions
Your package includes two one-hour follow-on sessions (video call or in-person) to be used within three months of your consultation date unless otherwise agreed.
These sessions allow us to review progress, adapt the plan as needed, and continue supporting your dog’s behaviour change journey.
Optional upgrades are available for those seeking additional support, such as extra sessions or joint consultations with veterinary behaviourists.
Please ensure you have WhatsApp downloaded on your mobile phone or computer to aid video calls.
